Service Areas
The areas below that are shaded in green are the parts of L.A. that I consider myself an expert in. I’m aware of most of the homes that are currently for sale or have recently sold within these 14 zip codes (91401, 91403, 91411, 91423, 91501, 91502, 91504, 91505, 91506, 91601, 91602, 91604, 91606, 91607). These zip codes encompass the city of Burbank, the entire neighborhoods of Toluca Lake, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village, and Valley Glen. As well as portions of the neighborhoods of North Hollywood and Van Nuys.
I refer to this collective grouping of zip codes as “The Southeastern San Fernando Valley”. As far as I’m aware, that’s a completely unofficial term and one for which the exact geographic boundaries could very well be up for debate. For example, the City of Glendale is technically within the Southeastern section of The San Fernando Valley, but for practical purposes I personally don’t consider it to be part of The San Fernando Valley, but rather a hybrid area.
The house in the upper-right corner of the map is near where I currently live, in Burbank. The house in the lower-middle of the map is near where I grew-up, in Laurel Canyon. Lastly, the office building in the lower-left of the map is near where my office is located, in Sherman Oaks.
I’m familiar with much of the rest of L.A. City, L.A. County, and Southern California to varying degrees, but the areas included on the map below are the ones in which I currently spend the most time. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you’re interested in buying or selling a home anywhere in L.A. County as well as parts of surrounding counties within Southern California, but definitely reach out if you’re considering doing so within “The Southeastern San Fernando Valley”!
